Q: How long does it take to receive my order?
A: Orders are typically processed within 3 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 7–12 business days, depending on your location. International orders may take longer due to customs processing.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes! Cupid’s Workshop ships worldwide. Please allow additional time for international delivery and customs clearance.
Q: Will I receive a tracking number?
A: Yes. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and tracking link.

Q: Are your products real flowers?
A: Most of our products feature high-quality artificial or handcrafted designs, such as LED rose bears, eternal roses, and crochet flower bouquets. These are made to last and will not wilt or fade.
Q: Do the LED products require batteries or charging?
A: LED products may require batteries or USB power, depending on the item. Power details are listed in each product description.
Q: Are your items gift-ready?
A: Yes! Many of our products arrive beautifully packaged and ready to gift, making them perfect for special occasions.
Q: Are the products handmade?
A: Some items, such as our crochet flower bouquets, are handcrafted. Product descriptions will specify whether an item is handmade.

Q: Can I return my order?
A: All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds.
Q: What should I do if my item arrives damaged or defective?

Q: Do your products come with a warranty?
A: At this time, Cupid’s Workshop does not offer warranties on products.
